Ferndale lost against Avondale back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 3-2.

Ferndale's loss dropped their record down to 5-9-2. As for Avondale, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-8-2.
