Baseball Recap: Forest Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Forest duked it out with Northeast Jones on Friday. The Bearcats came up short against the Tigers, falling 15-0. The Bearcats have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Forest's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Northeast Jones, they pushed their record up to 17-6-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Forest will head out to take on Northeast Lauderdale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northeast Jones, they will venture away from home to face off against Seminary at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
