Volleyball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

After flying high against Loganville on Wednesday, Lakeside came back down to earth. The Panthers came up short against the Woodward Academy War Eagles on Saturday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since September 10, 2024.

While Lakeside was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22, 25-11.

Lakeside's loss dropped their record down to 41-8. As for Woodward Academy, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 35-6.

As of now, neither Lakeside nor the War Eagles have any future games scheduled.
