Football Recap: Hopatcong Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hopatcong was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Kinnelon Colts 41-13. While losing is never fun, the Chiefs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 305th, while the Colts are ranked 120th).

Despite the loss, Hopatcong still got an impressive performance from Tyler Lopa, who rushed for 57 yards and one TD.

Hopatcong's record is now 2-5. As for Kinnelon, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Hopatcong will face off against Whippany Park on Friday. As for Kinnelon, they will take on Shabazz at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
