Rock Island entered their tilt with Urbana on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tigers.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Rock Island was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-3, 25-13.

Addy Lincoln paced Rock Island's offense, picking up eight kills. Lincoln got some help from AJ Stewart and her 19 assists. Ava Carlson controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Rock Island's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Urbana, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-21 record this season.

Rock Island didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Wilmington on the 18th. As for Urbana, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Tolono Unity on the 20th.
