Soccer Recap: Northwestern Takes a Loss

Northwestern managed to keep up with Rock Hill until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Trojans came up short against the Bearcats, falling 4-1. The loss continues a trend for Northwestern in their meetings with Rock Hill: they've now lost five in a row.

Northwestern's record is now 1-14. As for Rock Hill, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-11-1.

Northwestern and Rock Hill will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Trojans see the pitch they'll take on Indian Land at 7:00 p.m. on May 2. As for Rock Hill, their break will end when they face Catawba Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th.
