He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (102.8) per game. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 62 yards.

Washington Gets a Boost from Lesure in 35-18 Loss

While Xavion Lesure delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Washington. Boonville had no answer to Lesure as he picked up 38 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 70 yards.

Lesure and Washington will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Boonville at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th. The Hatchets had to take a loss when they last met the Pioneers, but Lesure had little to do with the loss: he picked up 38 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 70 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
