North Davidson barely beat Ledford the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Black Knights put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 11-4 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Black Knights, who have now won nine matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Rileigh Barker made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with five RBI and one double. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, North Davidson got a big performance out of Valerieh Juarez, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. Bryton Zimmerman was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
