Volleyball Recap: Bowne Comes Up Short

The Bowne Wildcats came up short against the Newtown Pioneers on Friday and fell 2-0. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bowne now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Newtown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bowne will take on rival Metropolitan at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Newtown is set to square off against their familiar foe Forest Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
