Soccer Recap: Rank Disadvantage No Problem for Archbishop Ryan

It's playoff time, and Archbishop Ryan had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Northern York Polar Bears on Tuesday. The victory was all the more spectacular given Archbishop Ryan's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while Northern York are ranked 26th).

The win made it two in a row for Archbishop Ryan and bumps their season record up to 10-8-3. As for Northern York, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-4-1.

As of now, neither Archbishop Ryan nor the Polar Bears have any future games scheduled.
