Baseball Recap: Fremont's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Fremont won the last time they faced Holland Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Packers walked away with a 13-8 victory over the Maroons. With that win, the Packers brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Chase Paulsen, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Vandenberg, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Fremont was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .438. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
