Carson entered their tilt with Salisbury on Monday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Hornets with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-0 win back in September.

Among those leading the charge was Alana Herring, who had 13 digs and three aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six matchups.

Carson's victory bumped their record up to 24-3. As for Salisbury, they dropped their record down to 5-18 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.
