There's no place like home for Beacon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They put the hurt on the Wallkill Panthers with a sharp 28-7 victory on Friday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Bulldogs just coasted through the last quarter.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Beacon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elijah Epps, who rushed for 101 yards and two TDs. That's the most rushing yards Epps has posted since back in October of 2024. Delano Rigby Jr was another key signal caller, throwing for 142 yards and one touchdown.
Beacon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Quincy Owens and Jah'Real Whitted. Whitted got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Despite the loss, Wallkill still got an impressive performance from Kent Glasgow, who rushed for 115 yards and one score.
Beacon's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Wallkill, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
