Volleyball Recap: Tyler HEAT's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Six

Tyler HEAT had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They blew past the King's Academy Knights 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Tyler HEAT also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Tyler HEAT won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-20.

Their offense was headlined by Anaya Peel and Morgan Crawley, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Gracie Tucker and her 40 assists. Lola Kelley controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Tyler HEAT's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for King's Academy, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Tyler HEAT will head out to challenge Bishop Gorman at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for King's Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tyler Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
