High school girls basketball: Hoophall Classic action features Kaleena Smith, Olivia Vukosa and Jerzy Robinson

The Hoophall Classic is annually the top showcase event in high school basketball. The 2026 edition will be held Jan. 15-19 in Springfield, Mass. — home of the Basketball Hall of Fame.

The girls teams get the spotlight Friday with six games including five of national significance and a host of big names taking the court.

The action includes Class of 2026 standouts Oliva Vukosa of Christ the King (Middle Village, N.Y.), Jerzy Robinson and Emilia Krstevski of Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, Calif.), Jordyn Jackson of The St. James Performance Academy (Springfield, Va.), and Olivia Jones, Savvy Swords, Emily McDonald and Sanai Green of Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, N.Y.), Kaeli Wynn of Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) and Kelsi Andrews of IMG Academy.

Class of 2027 standouts include Kaleena Smith of Ontario Christian (Ontario, Calif.), Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka of Bullis (Potomac, Md.), Jezelle Banks of St. James, Jordyn Palmer of Westtown (West Chester, Pa.), Qandace Samuels of Bishop McNamara (Forestville, Md.), Cece Arico and Taylor Brown of LuHi, and Miciah Fusilier of IMG Academy.

MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year Tati Griffin also will be in action with Ontario Christian representing the Class of 2028.
