Santa Fe hasn't lost a match since December 14, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Saturday. They won by a goal and slipped past Canyon Lake 2-1. That's two games straight that the Indians have won by just one goal.

Haley Withers and Madelyn Utton scored both of Santa Fe's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Santa Fe is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-0-2 record this season. As for Canyon Lake, they dropped their record down to 4-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Santa Fe will be taking part in a tournament against Fort Bend Kempner at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Santa Fe's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Canyon Lake, they will be playing at home against La Vernia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
