Football Recap: Northland Pines Eagles vs. Coleman Cougars
If Northland Pines was riding high fresh off their 24-0 takedown of Clintonville last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles had to suffer through a 44-7 loss at the hands of the Coleman Cougars. The Eagles have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Coleman's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kolton Peters, who rushed for 166 yards on only 12 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Bieber, who rushed for 105 yards and a pair of scores on only 11 carries.
