Baseball Recap: Surry Central Takes a Loss

Surry Central was the 3-0 winner over North Surry when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Golden Eagles fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday.

Will Pardue made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one double.

Surry Central's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for North Surry, they pushed their record up to 9-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
