Softball Recap: Rock Springs Comes Up Short

Rock Springs lost against Wheatland on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The TIGERS came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-3. The TIGERS have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Makyla Sweeney made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Tarin Anderson, who scored a run while going 3-for-3.

Rock Springs' loss dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Wheatland, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Rock Springs has already played their next game, a 14-3 victory against Torrington on the 12th. As for Wheatland, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Thunder Basin on May 2.
