Soccer Recap: Floyd Central Takes a Loss

Floyd Central lost against East Central back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Highlanders lost 6-1 to the Trojans. Floyd Central have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Cassie Oliver, who's now up to three this season.

Floyd Central now has a losing record of 1-2. As for East Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1-1.

Floyd Central wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, an 8-0 victory against Bedford North Lawrence on the 26th. As for East Central, they will venture away from home to square off against South Dearborn at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
