Last Thursday, Round Rock Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over the Lions, taking the game 75-62. The win made it back-to-back wins for Round Rock Christian Academy.
Wes Owens was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Greatting, who scored 13 points.
Meanwhile, Reicher Catholic beat the Flames 58-51 on Saturday.
Round Rock Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-15. As for Reicher Catholic, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-7.
Round Rock Christian Academy was taken down by the Cougars 78-48 in their previous matchup back in January. Can Round Rock Christian Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
