Football Recap: Viroqua Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Viroqua's offense. They were dealt a 44-0 defeat at the hands of the Black River Falls Tigers on Friday. The loss leaves the Blackhawks still looking for their first win of the season.

Viroqua's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Black River Falls, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6.

Viroqua wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 49-0 loss against Aquinas on the 17th. As for Black River Falls, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 54-7 defeat against West Salem on the 17th.
