Soccer Recap: Upper Moreland Comes Up Short

Upper Moreland lost against Lower Moreland back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bears came up short against the Lions, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, Upper Moreland can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while Lower Moreland are ranked 64th).

Upper Moreland has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11-1 record this season. As for Lower Moreland, their win bumped their record up to 11-3-2.

Upper Moreland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lower Moreland, they will host William Tennent at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
