Kyron Murphy put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Thursday. He struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.

Murphy's strong effort led Sacred Heart over West Bolivar and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
