Smithfield-Selma kept a clean sheet against South Johnston on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 5-0 victory. Considering Smithfield-Selma have won six games by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting South Johnston from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

The win (which was Smithfield-Selma's fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four contests. As for South Johnston, they dropped their record down to 3-14-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Smithfield-Selma nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
