Creekside Christian Academy entered their tilt with Young Americans Christian on Monday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They breezed by the Young Americans Christian Eagles to the tune of 84-43. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 29 points or more this season.

Chase Maddox continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8 for 10 en route to 19 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Those 19 points gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaiden Williams, who went 8 of 18 on his way to 19 points.

Creekside Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Young Americans Christian only posted seven assists.

Young Americans Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joshua Poole, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Damian Crawford, who put up 11 points.

Creekside Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Young Americans Christian, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Community Christian the next time they take the court. Creekside Christian Academy will host Community Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Young Americans Christian will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
