Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central Christian). They blew past the Caldwell Bluejays 52-21 on Friday. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 47-45 loss the last time these two teams met.

Mak Blosser and Tanner Clark certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Blosser posted ten points and eight rebounds, while Clark put up eight points and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave Blosser a new career-high in boards.

Central Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Caldwell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Central Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against St. John at 7:00 p.m. on January 3rd. St. John has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Caldwell also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Norwich at 7:00 p.m. on January 7th.
