Volleyball Recap: CHESS Christian's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

CHESS Christian waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Royalmont Academy Classical Prep Cristeros 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant CHESS Christian was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-6, 25-5.

CHESS Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Halle Carroll, who had four aces and three digs.

Carroll wasn't the only good server: CHESS Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 27 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 13 aces in seven consecutive games.

CHESS Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Royalmont Academy Classical Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
