Durango extended their losing streak to nine on Friday, dropping them down to 4-15. They were beaten by the Fruita Monument Wildcats 55-22. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-28 two weeks ago.

Isaiah Lyons and Jude Alderton certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Lyons posted six points, while Alderton had four points and six rebounds.

As for Fruita Monument, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. The game marked their most dominant win of the season.
