Cajon was the 34-30 winner over Beaumont when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Cajon Cowboys fell just short of the Beaumont Cougars by a score of 34-31 on Friday.

Cajon lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Evan Powell, who threw for 431 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt.
