            Volleyball Recap: Sierra Stallions vs. Elizabeth Cardinals        
        
		
        
        
            
Sierra was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight  defeat. They came up short against  the Elizabeth Cardinals, falling  3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  back in September.
 The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16,  25-7.
Sierra's offense was headlined by  Havalah Gonzalez and  Gail De Los Reyes, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from  Hailee Roddy and her two assists. Finally,  Temoni Livingston kept Sierra's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.
Sierra's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Elizabeth,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 13-8.
 Sierra has already played their next contest,  a  3-0  defeat against Sand Creek on the 23rd. As for Elizabeth, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-0  win against Mitchell on the 23rd.
