Football Game Preview: Manasquan Warriors vs. Brick Township Green Dragons + How To Watch

The Manasquan Warriors will venture away from home to square off against the Brick Township Green Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Manasquan has three straight wins, Brick Township has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

While Manasquan's victory against Red Bank Regional wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by the Bucs 7-6. Those seven points were actually the fewest the Warriors have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Meanwhile, Brick Township played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Brick Memorial 49-7. While losing is never fun, the Green Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 145th, while the Mustangs are ranked 26th).

Brick Township now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Manasquan, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
