Softball Recap: Bishop Amat Lancers vs. St. Anthony Saints
Bishop Amat won the last time they faced St. Anthony and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lancers put the hurt on the Saints with a sharp 14-4 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.
Samantha Garcia was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Garcia was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run.
In other batting news, Mia Arballo was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February of 2024.
