            Basketball Recap: Vision vs. Victory Charter Vipers        
        
		
        
        
            Vision lost against Victory Charter back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Saturday. Vision took a hard  72-54 fall against the Victory Charter Vipers. That's two games in a row now that Vision has lost by  exactly 18  points.
 Leading Victory Charter to victory were  Gabriel Gomez and  Cody Luce.  Gomez  went 7 for 13 from beyond the arc on his way to 25 points and five  steals, while  Luce  went 7 of 16  en route to 23  points in addition to eight  assists and six  rebounds. With that strong performance,  Gomez is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jett Wood, who  posted eight  points and six  boards.
Vision dropped their record down to 3-12 with the  loss, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Victory Charter, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a massive bump to their 6-8 record  this season.
 Vision didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  76-37  defeat against The Ambrose School on the 21st. As for Victory Charter, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  54-39  win against Idaho City on the 22nd.
