Baseball Recap: Hanover Park Comes Up Short

Hanover Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 13-4 to the Pequannock Golden Panthers. If the Hornets were looking for revenge after losing 5-2 to the Golden Panthers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hanover Park's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Pequannock, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Hanover Park beat the Golden Panthers by a score of 7-2 on Wednesday.
