            Basketball Recap: Christian Community Colts vs. Clarksville Christian Centurions        
        
		
        
        
            Christian Community lost against Clarksville Christian back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Thursday. The Christian Community Colts were  outmatched by the Clarksville Christian Centurions and fell  51-16. The Colts were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  41-3.

 When it comes to explaining why Christian Community lost, don't look at  M.J. Dodd. Despite the final result, she  posted  no points along with seven  boards and four  steals. Dodd is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed three or more in the last three games she's  played.
 Clarksville Christian was led to victory by  Lauren Hassell and  Niah Rhodes.  Hassell  dropped  a double-double on 15  points and ten  rebounds, while  Rhodes  earned 11 points in addition to six  assists and five  steals. Another player making a difference was  Alessia Nesbitt, who  had nine  points.
Christian Community's defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 10-7. As for Clarksville Christian, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Community has  already played their next  game (against Pleasant View Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Clarksville Christian will head out to  square off against Pickerington Central  at 7:30  p.m.  on Saturday. Pickerington Central is on a four-game streak of home wins, Clarksville Christian a 11-game streak of away wins  (dating back to last season)-- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
