Basketball Recap: Mostafa Abdelbarr and Alex Caza Secure Win for NCSSM: Durham + How To Watch

There's no place like home for NCSSM: Durham, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 71-59 victory over the Research Triangle Raptors on Wednesday. The Unicorns haven't had any issues with the Raptors recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

NCSSM: Durham was led to victory by Alex Caza and Mostafa Abdelbarr. Caza dropped a double-double with 21 points and ten boards, while Abdelbarr posted 20 points and three steals. Caza has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 45% every time he's hit the court this season. Jay Peng was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.

NCSSM: Durham's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Research Triangle, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, NCSSM: Durham will square off against Neuse Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Unicorns will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Research Triangle, they will take on Franklin Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
