Wayne took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex 50-6. The Bulldogs have beaten the Ruf-Nex the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Ruf-Nex has come to flipping the script.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wayne will face off against Stratford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Crooked Oak, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Christian Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
