Softball Recap: Gibson Southern Titans vs. Heritage Hills Patriots
Gibson Southern entered their tilt with Heritage Hills with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Heritage Hills Patriots on Saturday and snuck past 12-10. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Gibson Southern also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.
Callie Dickerson made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Dickerson has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Dickerson was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a home run and three runs.
