Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners.

Lake Forest's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Nazareth Academy, they moved to 7-18 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Lake Forest will square off against Maine South at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Scouts surely won't give up without a fight. As for Nazareth Academy, they will challenge Hersey at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
