Football Game Preview: Wapello Indians vs. Van Buren County Warriors

The Wapello Indians will head out to square off against the Van Buren County Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Van Buren County took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Wapello, who comes in off a win.

Van Buren County will be up against a hot Wapello squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Indians came out on top against Columbus by a score of 40-27 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Van Buren County took a blow against Pekin last Friday, falling 52-8. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Wapello's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Van Buren County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
