The Northshore Panthers will challenge the Holden Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Northshore will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
On Thursday, it was close, but Northshore sidestepped Fontainebleau for a 3-2 win.

Carson Malasovich spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on two hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Northshore's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Brody Dukes, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Holden, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Maurepas with a sharp 9-3 win on Thursday. Considering the Rockets have won 11 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Colton Lewis was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Lewis was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Aidan Hutchinson, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most stolen bases he has posted over his last nine games. Another player making a difference was Nate Garcia, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
Northshore pushed their record up to 27-4-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Holden, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Northshore has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Holden struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
