Gabe Fields Turns in Season-Best Effort
Gabe Fields produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Central to the win on Friday. Fields rushed for 474 yards and eight touchdowns while picking up 24.9 yards per carry. On the season, Hicks has run in 21 touchdowns while averaging 201.5 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 86.5 rushing yards per game.
