Volleyball Recap: All Saints Episcopal School Comes Up Short

All Saints Episcopal School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Caprock Longhorns. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Longhorns apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

All Saints Episcopal School was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by exactly three points. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-22.

Hannah Owen paced All Saints Episcopal School's offense, picking up six kills. Owen were helped by Sophie Scolaro and Lauren Brashear, who contributed five assists each.

All Saints Episcopal School's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Caprock, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

All Saints Episcopal School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Childress on the 22nd. Caprock has also already played their next matchup (against Legacy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
