Jackson Christian came tearing into Saturday's game with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They had just enough and edged out the Munford Cougars 4-2. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 15-5 win the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2022.
