Softball Recap: Honeoye Bulldogs vs. Dundee/Bradford Central BraveScots
Honeoye had lost five straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 0-14 to make it six. They came up short against the Dundee/Bradford Central BraveScots, falling 21-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the BraveScots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-1 back in April.
As for Dundee/Bradford Central, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.9 runs over those games.
For Dundee/Bradford Central's part, Morgan Sutryk made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched.
