Football Recap: Port Arthur Memorial Finds Playoff Glory Versus College Station + How To Watch

Port Arthur Memorial extended their postseason success on Friday against College Station. They put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 45-24 victory. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won 11 contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Amante Martin threw for 100 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Keavon Roberts was his top target, picking up 75 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Alex Eugene rushed for 199 yards and two TDs while picking up 9.0 yards per carry.

When it comes to explaining why College Station lost, don't look at Keaton Johnson. Despite the final result, he rushed for 175 yards and one score while picking up 8.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 156 yards and a pair of TDs. The Cougars also got help from Zak Cosser, who showed off his sure hands for 105 receiving yards.

The win keeps Port Arthur Memorial at an undefeated 13-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 13.8 points on average this season. As for College Station, with the defeat, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-5.
