Volleyball Recap: Clovis East Timberwolves vs. Clovis North Broncos        
        
		
             Clovis East lost against Clovis North back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Thursday. The Clovis East Timberwolves took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clovis North Broncos. The Timberwolves haven't had much luck with the Broncos recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-23, 19-25,  25-18.
 Clovis East lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Keniah Verduzco, who  had eight  digs and two  aces. With that strong performance,  Verduzco is now averaging an impressive 12.1  assists per game.  Madelyn Feramisco was another key player,  getting 15  digs, 13  kills,  and a  block.
 Clovis East's loss dropped their record down to 14-19. As for Clovis North, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 23 of their last 24 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 33-3 record  this season.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clovis East's road trip will continue as they head out to face Clovis West at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Clovis North, they will face off against Clovis at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Clovis North is coming into the  matchup hot, having won their last four games.
