Basketball Game Preview: Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears vs. Locke Saints

The Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears are taking a road trip to face off against the Locke Saints at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Port of Los Angeles has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 3.

On Saturday, Port of Los Angeles had to suffer through a 61-24 loss at the hands of Harbor Teacher.

Meanwhile, Locke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 43-37 heartbreaker at the hands of View Park.

Port of Los Angeles' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Locke, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Port of Los Angeles came up short against Locke in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, falling 51-43. Can Port of Los Angeles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
