Volleyball Recap: Oviedo Takes Down Ranked Palmetto Christian Academy

Oviedo is ranked highly in their home state and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Palmetto Christian Academy. The Lions came out on top against Palmetto Christian Academy by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Oviedo's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Palmetto Christian Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 15-7-2 record.

Oviedo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against James Island on the 26th. As for Palmetto Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against South Florence on the 26th.
